There is a big error in this sample answer. The sentence “The highest decrease was in the 18-25 category, which decreased 10%, from 17% in 1990 to 7% in 2010” is incorrect, as the decrease is not 10% here, but 10 percentage points (17%-7% is not equal to a decrease of 10%). Would request you guys to please take note of this and correct it, as many people tend to overlook this mathematical error. I’m quoting directly from the India IDP IELTS book.
