I bought your VIP and I took the test yesterday. I do not have the access to your platform anymore and I cannot remember what you had to say about running out of time.

At the speaking test, I continued to answer the questions and they indeed became more difficult each time. During the last one, the examiner asked the question and when I started answering he interrupted me and said that we were out of time. He finished the test and I went home.

Is this good or bad?

Hi Soham, there is no definitive answer to your question. You should not be worrying about how many sentences your answer is. You should concentrate on answering the question correctly and using the correct structure. Here is a link to help you: https://www.youtube.com/c/Ieltsadvantage/search?query=speaking+part+3

Yes, it is completely fine to ask the examiner to repeat the question or explain the meaning of one word if you don’t know it.

You can click this link to read our complete guide to asking the examiner questions in IELTS speaking: https://www.ieltsadvantage.com/2015/07/07/speaking-asking-the-examiner-questions/

What if there’s a certain word in a question that I don’t really have any idea? Can I ask the examiner to rephrase it or what? Thanks in advance.
