I have got one queston
In the first essay wrote non-opinion
Why Criss didn’t write own opinion but he said that you could write your own opinion
And there are give your opinion I dunno If Criss has made this mistake I dunno Criss is the best teacher but I confused from this essay?

In this discussion i would mark my words by pointing the fact women should pay equal as men and some people believe women should be giving birth to children and raising them at home so men can be more responsible for their finances , in my opinion , I acknowledge this is very unfair to women when we talking also about the human rights and equality.

For example, in the businesses
Females are underrated and overlooked , not only to their performances but ideas mostly ignored by the industry, when we look at the university score now days women competing men in any aspect of studies ,this is why there should more posts gor the female to encourage their ideas and impact on the society is also required and necessary.
Some women working overtime and the weekends like the men but still underpaid or not getting enough flattery for the carrier and success , maybe because of maternity leaves and responsibilities they do as a parent in the Society.
In conclusion I would like to add that we should give more support to the women and encourage their achievements in the business industry , this is how we making a change and showing the community the women empowerment by letting them also lead .
